Shilpa Shetty, a much-loved Bollywood actress, is currently busy promoting her upcoming web series called “Indian Police Force.” In this series, she becomes the first female cop in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe, and her cop role has gained a lot of appreciation.
The show also features Vivek Oberoi and Sidharth Malhotra in leading roles. Shilpa recently shared that she was initially supposed to work with Rohit Shetty on Golmaal 14 years ago, but it didn’t work out at that time. In a recent interview, when asked if she regrets not doing Golmaal, Shilpa Shetty addressed the question.
Shilpa Shetty About Not Working in Rohit Shetty Golmaal
Talking to News18, Shilpa Shetty mentioned that she has no regrets about turning down the offer. She explained, “When Rohit initially offered me the first Golmaal, it didn’t work out due to conflicting schedules. I don’t regret anything in my life. I believe there’s a right time and place for everything.”
Additionally, Shilpa expressed her happiness that her collaboration with Rohit began with the web series Indian Police Force. She said, “You should ask Rohit why it took us so long to work together.
But everything in our lives happens for a reason. Looking back, I am pleased that my journey with Rohit started with Tara Shetty, a part of his cop universe. It couldn’t have been better than this.”

The preview of Shilpa’s role as Tara Shetty in the Indian Police Force series looks fantastic! She has done a great job. The show will be available on Amazon Prime Video starting January 19th.
