According to Report, Ram Mandir Paran Pratishtha in Ayodhya Generated a Huge Amount business

The opening of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya is like an early Diwali celebration for traders and small business owners. It has brought good fortune to many artisans across the country who make earthen lamps and saffron-colored items for the Ramnami festivities.

According to the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT), Ram Mandir Paran Pratishtha in Ayodhya has generated business of Rs 21.25 Lakh crore. This estimate is based on feedback from trade associations in 30 cities. Tourism related to the Ram temple is seen as the most profitable sector in this context.

Which Businesses Got Boom During Ram Mandir Inauguration?

According to reports, certain businesses associated with the inauguration of the Ram Mandir have experienced a substantial increase in their activities. Here are some of the businesses that have seen significant growth

1. The models of the Ram Mandir have become very popular, and according to CAIT’s estimation, more than 5 crore models were expected to be sold across the country. Small manufacturing units in various cities and states are working day and night to meet this demand.

2. In response to the call from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to light earthen lamps on January 22, the pottery community has been very busy making diyas (earthen lamps). Reports suggest that in key cities of Uttar Pradesh, orders for an average of 20,000 to 30,000 diyas were placed.

3. Besides diyas and flags, another item seeing a significant increase in sales is utensils. Many utensil shops in the city have experienced nearly a threefold increase in their business ahead of the consecration of the Ram Mandir.

4. It’s important to note that tourism is expected to be a highly profitable sector related to the Ram temple. The number of visitors to the city is anticipated to increase significantly, especially with the addition of a new airport and railway station.

According to the information available, the government is giving a 25% subsidy to individuals constructing hotels, restaurants, and recreational places. This initiative aims to attract more tourists to the area.

The Ram Mandir Prana Pratishtha is the ceremony that took place on January 22, 2024, to consecrate the Ram Mandir. The event was organized by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, and it was completed by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, from 12:20 PM to 12:50 PM IST.

The trust invited Prime Minister Modi to perform the rituals, and he followed a special 11-day fasting ritual for the consecration at the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. During this ritual, he consumed coconut water and fruits and slept on the ground at night.
